We needed someone to make whisky wash – not just any wash; ours has a mixed mash bill, which is a lot trickier than standard single malt wash.
Anthony (Sag), Bec and the whole team at White Label seized upon the challenge. We researched traditional Irish methods and then worked closely with them to find the best brewing regime.

After our initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a personalised quote tailored to your specific whisky cask requirements. This ensures that every detail of your custom cask aligns perfectly with your vision and budget.
To proceed, White Label Distillery requires an upfront payment for the manufacturing or sourcing of your chosen cask. This step ensures the highest quality and craftsmanship in bringing your whisky cask to life.

Step 4: Private Cask Fulfilment & Transfer
The final step in your cask journey is fulfilling your custom whisky order. Once your cask is filled with new make spirits, we’ll finalise the process by settling any remaining balances and arranging the next steps based on your preferences.
You can choose to:
• Transfer the cask to your designated location
• Store it securely in our ATO-registered bond facilities for maturation.
