At White Label Distillery, we produce vodka using traditional pot still distillation. While column stills are commonly used for vodka, we embrace pot still distillation for its ability to create a spirit with exceptional character, depth, and smoothness.

Our Tasmanian-built Knapp Lewer copper pot stills allow for greater control over the distillation process, ensuring a clean, high-quality vodka that retains subtle layers of flavour — ideal for both premium and commercial vodkas.
